Mr. Camic leads the people operations and culture initiatives at SOC, where we believe our people are key in supporting our vision to transform healthcare. His role includes benefits, technology platforms and performance management processes to support the business strategy. With over 20 years of human capital management experience, he has created and implemented a wide range of initiatives including selection, development and succession management programs.

Prior to joining SOC, Mr. Camic led talent management initiatives in both for profit and nonprofit healthcare organizations. In these roles, he created executive leadership development programs and coached senior leaders to help them improve their organizational effectiveness. He is certified in several 360-degree feedback tools and psychological assessments. He has incorporated these tools into leadership development programs to help executives gain additional insight on themselves and their teams to drive improvements in overall performance.

Mr. Camic has supported Fortune 500 organizations in management assessment and selection initiatives as a human resources consultant with a multinational firm. He served in the United States Army for 12 years where he began his career by helping to manage the enlisted force as a career counselor. He has his Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University.
