Gosia dedicates her practice to general business, contract, and commercial matters, working with a diverse group of private sector clients and nonprofit organizations, across a variety of industries. She strives to develop long term relationships of mutual respect and trust with her individual and business clients and is valued for her legal expertise, collaborative approach, practical perspective, and efficiency.

Gosia advises on the formation and structuring of legal entities, the preparation of key operational contracts, risk management, corporate compliance, financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, employment contracts and succession planning. She works collaboratively with the firm’s trust attorneys to ensure her clients’ needs are fully met with comprehensive succession plans that balance business objectives and personal goals.

Gosia has extensive experience with all types of commercial agreements, loan financings and leasing. She helps clients protect critical business information, intellectual property and client relationships from misappropriation by third parties and former employees, and provides counsel on privacy law compliance, security policies, copyright and trademark protection, and brand building strategies. She is also involved in nonprofit and charitable planning work.
Gosia started her legal career as a corporate attorney at Tyler Cooper & Alcorn, LLP in New Haven, Connecticut.

In addition to her practice, Gosia enjoys educating entrepreneurs on business, contract and succession planning issues. She has spoken for the National Business Institute, National Association of Women Business Owners, Fairfax County Development Authority and The Exit Planning Institute. She serves on the board of the National Association of Women Business Owners.
Gosia lives in Vienna, Virginia, with her husband and two children.
