Greg Smith is a regional manager for M&T Bank’s business banking division. He leads a team of 17 relationship managers that support the small business customers of over 44 M&T branches in the Greater Washington market. Greg has been with M&T for 15 years in various management roles in the retail and business bank. He has his BA from Colgate University and MBA from University of Maryland. His passion is developing his team and pushing them in their careers. He also enjoys immersing himself in his community and helping his small business customers reach their goals.
